Requirement Take an existing database design specification and create the underlying MySQL, data capture forms and populate the database with some existing data. All data resides in an Excel workbook so there is some sensible structure. I am an experienced developer so have organised the worksheets, columns to map easily to a database. Details of the job can only be given to the winning bidder due in order to protect confidentiality. Suffice to say it is a standard requirement of database modelling, providing HTML input forms and general development support. One thing is crucial. A development framework such as Cake must be used. I want to ensure there’s a standardised architecture to build on. On top of which I want to ensure you’re time is focused on my specific requirement and not re-inventing the wheel with mundane common SQL/PHP coding tasks. THIS IS A PROTOTYPE APPLICATION. About You Experience you will need is – PHP, MySQL, SFTP, AmazonAWS preferred, WordPress, 3-tier architecture, strong database design (I need to know you know how to write fast queries, create good keys etc). You will have extensive experience of creating PHP/MySQL solutions and using programming frameworks such as Cake. You will have excellent communication skills and at least a few years development experience. Analysing existing requirement and creating classes to correspond to entities and programming these into the code is required.
