Build me a website

I have a small business and have inherited a very old and not very attractive website. I need to have a new website built that incorporates the essence of the business, the new imaging, the product lines and a shopping cart. The project therefore involves developing a website layout, attaching images, doing SEO, organising a product catalogue, attaching a shopping cart and secure purchasing and including a technology that allows us to capture email addresses and contact details of people who come to the site. We need a Content Management System that allows us to change content and images whenever we need to with limited training. As we need the shopping cart to be secure then we do not think Word Press is a useful technology. We would also like people to be able to make bookings requests for day spa treatments, beauty therpay treatments etc. We would also like to have the page linked to our facebook page, twitter and our retreat page. Once the site is established we would like to be able to add a blog page and email out to our database from the site. We have a range of images to date and a menu of services that we use in our paper based marketing. We would also like the projec to have a flash file or music file as the home page opens that can be skipped if people do not want to go through the intro. We do not have a website layout and would require the project to deliver this. We also do not have copy written as yet and would want the project to provide advice on this. Branding images will be made available when the freelancer is found. The first file is the watermark that is used behind all of our menus.
