Build Similar WebSite

I have a domain and hosting secured. I would like my site to look similar to another site that I have found using similar pages. I need the functionality to go back and change the site content on each of the pages to make it my own and fit my own company. But I would like the shell of the site to be the same. I already have wordpress installed and have purchased the rights to the theme that is being used. I will have the theme installed for you, but will then need you to go in and make my site look like the other. I will then need to go back and change the content through the page editors. I do not need the blog content copied, just the ability to have a blog. I do need the same pages they have and the content, but I do need to be able to change the content. I will upload my own logo at a later time. The site I would like to look similar to is "CloudSourcedAccounting" dot com Once the bid is awarded, I will send along my own domain url, wp username and password for admin access. Let me know what other info you will need. *Any coding referencing the other site must be deleted. I do not want to be linked to them in any way. I just want to look like them and customize my own content at a later time.
