Brand, Logo, Website for New Diversified Business

For the puporses of this Ad lets call my company MyNewCo Limited. (Its actually called something else!) MyNewCo Limited has been formed and currently offers specific Business Intelligence (BI) Consultancy services, but as a company, its long term purpose will be to diversiy into other areas as such I need a Brand creating for MyNewCo and to start this off a Website and a Logo. I see the website being very simple i.e. a front page which is very generic and is sole purpose is to sell the MyNewCo brand, from the holding page initially the user is able to enter into one of 2 sections. the BI Consultancy section and Business Investment Section. Preference would be to use Wordpress, the winning freelancers remit would be to: 1. Design Logo/Brand to be used on website. (Also to create Business Card/Letter head Images) (Should be available in relevant graphics format after design so can be used by myself or other people for marketing purposes/literature etc. 2. Design front "Brand" page. This must be very modern/cutting edge. 4, Design main page for the BI Consultancy section and the Business investment Section 5. Set up templates and guide so that additional pages can be added into each sections easily. to include adding videos/images. 6. Set up a Contact Form page for each section which obtains relevant details from the user and allows an attachment to be uploaded into either a database or emailed to the website. No assumptions are to be made that a free template can be used, any cost of additional already created templates are to be built into bid price. Once a freelance has been chosen. I will explain the ethos of the company and what we are trying to achieve, the kind of colours we like for brands and what we wish to portray, once this is explained he/she will have free license to create some example logos/website templates to present to me before progressing towards the final website/logo.
