Customization of code

I am in need of an EXPERT PHP programmer who is interested in customizing/cloning of a script. You MUST be able to read someone else's code and understand how it functions. I will be looking for added functionality and no dependence on the wordpress software. I would like it to run it as a stand alone website. ## Deliverables 1. All php files and source code UN-ENCODED shall be delivered. No files shall be accessed remotely. 2. Source code shall be well commented 3. Source code should take security into consideration. Make sure cross site scripting and common web vulnerabilities are not an issue. 4. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP MySQL
