Agreement page protection script

I'm not sure what to call this exactly, so please excuse the title if it's not descriptive enough. I need a "terms of agreement" page that requires a user to agree to the terms before they continue on into the website. There must be no other way to view the other pages without agreeing to the terms once per session: meaning that a user should not be allowed to view an internal page via bookmark, or even view an internal page from an outside link without agreeing to the terms. At this point I don't know anything about the website except that it is created in frontpage. I don't have hosting info either. I would prefer something that is simple to install.
