Visual Basic Homework project

This project will contain 2 forms: 1. A splash screen 2. A Main form The splash screen will display when the project is run. It will contain the student's name, course, and project identification. The splash screen will terminate using an EXIT button. When the splash screen EXIT button is pushed, the program will hide the splash screen and display the main form. This form will allow the user to enter the number of days the car was rented and the number of miles driven. The form should contain 3 command buttons, a CLEAR button that clears any input and results, a QUIT button that closes the program, and a DISPLAY RESULTS button that displays the required output. The DISPLAY RESULTS button will calculate and display the following information: * Amount due from daily fees * Amount due from mileage fees * Subtotal due (daily fee + mileage fee) * Sales Tax Due * Total Amount Due (subtotal + sales tax) * Mileage bonus points earned * Daily bonus points earned * Total bonus points earned(mileage points + daily points) The input values should be integer values The total amount due should include sales tax calculated on the sum of the daily fee and mileage fee. Bonus point calculations are not rounded: 2 days earns 0 points 3 days earns 1000 bonus points 5 days earns 1000 bonus points 6 days earns 2000 bonus points 20 miles earns 0 bonus points 80 miles earns 200 bonus points 120 miles earns 400 bonus points 250 miles earns 800 bonus points Total bonus points are the sum of both daily points and mileage points. The total amount due should be formatted as currency. The dailyrate, mileage rate, tax rate, mileage bonus rate, and daily bonus rate should be programmed as constants. The project starts off like this: You have been asked to work with ACME Rental Car Agency to write a prog. to assist clerks in determining the total amount due for a rentaal car.
