Update existing advanced Excel VBA program

I have a set of financial spreadsheets that were created in Excel 97 with advanced vba scripting and custom .xla add-ins. I need to update it to work with current version of Excel and I need to modify the content and layout of the existing data (ie. add rows and columns, etc.). All existing functionality must be retained. This is a highly specialized project, because of the fact that the spreadsheet already exists and needs customized updating. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in native, stand-alone, or executable format as well as complete source code (as relevant) of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program needs to run in Windows NT based environment (2000, XP, Server 2003).
