Convert Simple Access db to vb with Installer

I have a simple access database with a few fields in it that I am attaching for you to look at that needs to be converted to a vb app with an installer. This is a quick simple program for now but I Will have upgraded later by the coder that is awarded this bid. It needs to be able to print the record they are viewing. The only other thing is it needs is to be searchable by the last name and phone number. This is just a simple db for dj's to put in their customer info when they call on the phone so any ideas are welcome. A nice visual interface would be good. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
