Ok listen, I have a full time job and I am a college student. I have a forum I am trying to upgrade and hire a full time programmer ot work with me. I need them to start now and I can only pay on fridays. I dont get paid until fridays so you have to be able to wait until fridays to get paid. but this is a constant job.
