Need jQuery web plugin and webpage to record video marketing script with webcam

Webpage needs to do the following - Present a user with a list of marketing scripts. Each marketing script will consist of a list of sentences. Each sentence will have a **name** associated with it - example: sales101 The user will click a button such as "Start Recording" The first sentence of the marketing script will be displayed on the screen. The jQuery web plugin will start recording video. The user will record themselves saying the sentence. When they finish recording that sentence they will hit the space bar. When they hit the space bar, the video needs to be saved with filename of **[login to view URL]** Then they need to be presented with the next sentence and a new video starts recording. The user will continue recording each sentence and clicking the space bar. The script will stop once it has reached the end of the marketing script. Assuming that the script had 10 sentences, the user will then have 10 video clips saved locally on their hard drive. Example - [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. etc. The marketing scripts will be stored on the server as text files or xml files or whatever is easiest. This can be done in windows or linux platform and can use php, ruby on rails, asp.net, or other as developer sees fit.
