Google Maps Development

Hi, I would like some php/xml/javascript development that utilizes Google Map API to create a map that can show multiple locations (passed to the page via an id string). It would display the locations in a list beside the map and if the user selected a location, the info balloon of that location would pop up. A user could remove locations from the map and the user could then choose to create a route of any of the selected locations on the map. Please let me know if you need anymore detail. In perhaps similar terms, I have list of customers with addresses that I would like to map and then allow the user to select or remove customers from the map and then create the best route with directions on how to get from each customer to the next (driving).
