Radius, PPTP, L2TP, Open VPN

Dear Bidder, Please bid this project if you can do all items properly. 1) Install and set up FreeRadius, MySQL, Freeradius with Mysql and all the necessary Application for radius server on linux. 2) Set up PPTP, L2TP, Open VPN and everything can be installed and configured properly to work together with FreeRadius in linux. 2.1) Blocking Some ports ( such as spam ports ) in linux. 2.2) Assign additional IP in linux ( this maybe done by VPS provider, but I want to know the commands for assign and configuring new IP on VPS linux) 2.3) How can I give one Dedicated IP to several people in linux? ( This task can be done by Kerio winroute Firewall in Windows; adding a IP in Kerio winroute and set it on control panel). How can I do it in linux? Please if this item is not clear let me know to give you more explanation. Note: Please I need training and pdf copy ( installation) for each section. Thanks
