Online Help Desk System using PHP and MySQL

Description 1. First we are uploading buyer's order information into helpdesk system. Helpdesk operator checks buyer's information from the helpdesk system and accordingly helpdesk operator replies to buyer via same medium. 3. We verify buyer information using buyer name, order id and email id. 4.
