New-Home Construction Website

The website that needs to be made if for a New-home construction business. Current website is [login to view URL] but it’s just a Temporary website made in 4 hours because his last website got corrupted when they tried to change hosts. Instead of trying to fix it, a new and better one would be a better idea. The new website will need to Duplicate quality, look and feel of [login to view URL] (A website he owns for another company). Continue the red and blue color scheme from the National Barn site. Most of the content will be staying the same. Obtain a quality gallery page to display previous work (looking for a nice flash gallery here). Register / login page for floor plan requests (visitors must have a login to view floor plan page). Overall, the website must look professional, be user friendly and have all of the above features. Pages needed will be all of the link pages (on the left blue menu) from temp website [login to view URL] If you are accepted to work on this project you will have 24 hours to provide me with a mock-up for the site (mock-up will just be the home page, not need to design more). This does not have to be functional at all. Just a visual mock-up I can present to the client of what the site will look like. He will than look to over a may make a few small changed. I will than let you know what the changes are and you can start designing the site from there. More than one person may be chosen for this project. Everyone must present a mock-up within 24 hours or you will not be considered on the final project. From those who I choose to do this project and submitted a mock-up, I will choose the one I think fits the project the best and you will design the site. The rest will get a small amount of $25 for the mock-up work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
