Multiple Webpages for my website, using MYSQL, PHP (and whatever else is required)

Need several webpages created. All of these will have a menu bar on the top with several drop down options. One exception on the menu bar, is the "Goto Music-Rater" option, as it just needs to link to another page. Prior to going to any of these webpages, I need a prompt for the user to login. Once they login, this should be displayed in green text in the "Login" dropdown menu. The webpages I need are laid out in the attached powerpoint file. All of the fields will need to be stored to several MySQL tables. Page 1 is a collection of links (mainly to other pages I need you to create). The 2nd page is a series of input boxes. When someone puts a value into the "Number of Members" box, the number of entry fields in the "Members' Names" box should be increased or decreased to match. 3rd is the Band's Pictures page, from here pictures can be uploaded (and added to a MySQL table), and pictures can be linked to a song. 4th is Upcoming shows, where all the shows for that band are listed. Each of these rows should be modifiable. The "Add A New Show" button should take the user to the bottom of the page so they can add the info on the blank line. Pg 5 is a series of input boxes for links. Pg 6 is a list all the songs associated with that Band, and some of the stats to go with the songs. Pg 7 is to upload more songs. The Type and associated subtypes should come from two separate mysql tables. A simpler version of this page was already been done, but I need it to be modified to the new proposed format. Please be sure that the code can be supported by Internet Explorer (8 or higher), Firefox, and Chrome. I would like PHP to be used when convenient. Please comment your work well to better benefit whomever modifies the code in the future. ## Deliverables The general layout is detailed in the attached powerpoint file. All of the details are not set in stone, but this should provide a good idea of what I envision.
