create some software

Hi all, Need a software to place ads automatically on some local advertising websites. The websites don't use captcha. I already made a very good start, but it needs tweaking and finishing since I'm just an amateur software programmer. The software gets its input from a MS Acces database, so you should be familiar with Acces as well. I can assure you this is a piece of cake since i already programmed most of the program, so don't bid too high, it won't be reasonable.
