Hi, I'm not proficient at web design so I apologize for lack of detail but I'm looking for an shoutcast flash audio player that I can place on a website [login to view URL] that users can use to listen to a stream of a scanner. I would like the audio player to have a VU/db meter. The purpose of the page is to let amateur radio operators hear their transmissions and then use this tool/audio stream to adjust microphone settings on their radios. Thanks.

Hello, I would be happy to complete this project for you. I would specify that I would, in part, be using HTML5 to complete it. Which means that your users' browsers would have to be up to date. Do you have any examples of what the player should look like? Have you seen any players that you like? I just want to make sure that what you want is possible.
