Implement buckaroo iDeal payment module, automate invoice creation and admin mail notification

We have a custom multishop Magento implementation with one page checkout plugin([login to view URL]). We are now adding an iDeal payment plugin from Buckaroo iDeal payment provider and having some problems with the implementation. When the iDeal payment fails the cart is suddenly empty. With another iDeal payment module we had another problem. After a failed transaction a new order was always created with the same products. so every failed iDeal transaction created a duplicate order. Second thing we want is automated invoice creation for 'cash on delivery' payments with a special status. the iDeal payment module allready does this. Third thing we want is that the 'Admin Order Notifier' will send a mail after the payment is succesfull. Now an email is send immediately after a order is created. We are working with a multishop solution so every shop should have their own email address for notfication. So we are looking for a experienced magento developer who has experience with multishops implementations, implementing iDeal payment modules(preferably Buckaroo), automated invoice creation and customization of mail notifications. -Only looking for freelancers who have proven experiencewith the above.
