Chat Website!

Im currently running a virtual private server, domain, irc server, website and webchat. I need a website made for my chat network. I want it to look something like the ones listed in modeling another site. More specific details can and will be provided on this project, if needed. If you think that you can do this please advise your recommendations, size, installation, price and what it should be programmed / coded in. How this project is done is up to the worker.
