10 large forms and correction

Project Description: 8-12 large forms, each broken into multiple steps(1,2,3,4..) need to be created and manage(Add, edit, delete, list, detail) in admin with basic admin features like add/edit/delete/list/view multiple users accounts and role. Separate menu for separate role. No GUI design needed but basic small icons for add/edit....sorting and search facility for all lists. The best way to create the form in an easier way, implement ajax or jquery, add validations just like a php form builder needs to be created. Let me make it very clear that the forms may have sections which will show/hide based on other section input.
