PHP/Flash debug (repost) (1532635)

Experienced PHP and ActionScript (Flash) needed for debugging. After changing host company, a number of my sites are not working properly... (mainly PHP errors): 1. "Warning: Cannot modify header information" 2 PHPLD v.2 - URL rewrite once turned on, the homepage links are broken. 3. Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in ... and more 4. Encoding issue... Chinese character isn't showing (data called from Database, the characters are intact in the database) Flash is involved. 5. Flash debug (I have the FLA) [login to view URL] behavior needs to be adjusted ->Top of the characters are chopped a little ->the red window is too sticky (should disappear once the cursor moves away) and the display isn't easy to read ->upon clicking in the "character" & "Find rank" form, there is no cursor shown ->The "sorry" warning window is too intrusive (it will occur upon repetitive clicking "next char" and other buttons. The No. 5 Flash debug's issue existed before the change of host... it involves purely some adjustment to the FLA source file. ## Deliverables You will work in a copy of the sites... note the changes to be made and I will implement them on the live sites.
