PHP FAQ Application

We need to create a rather simple FAQ/KB application that will be able to hold Topics and Subtopics, and then be able to put questions and answers into each topic. The basic structure has just 3 tables, but it is very important that we have a front end design that looks very sharp and fresh, with things like Cufon and Jquery implemented where possible. ## Deliverables We need to create a rather simple FAQ/KB application that will be able to hold Topics and Subtopics, and then be able to put questions and answers into each topic. The basic structure has just 3 tables, but it is very important that we have a front end design that looks very sharp and fresh, with things like Cufon and Jquery implemented where possible. The application will be multiple language (lang is just a field in the topics and questions table) and will use 2 small pieces of code that we will provide you : one for ajax loading of the pages and another one for tracking visitors in the app. Those are very simple functions but some adjustments will need to be made to them. The regular user will need to have the ability to submit a question from the front end interface. Obviously, there will be a very simple admin panel where a logged in user will have the ability to add/edit topics and questions, answer to the questions that were submitted from the front end and also activate/deactivate questions. Since the app is pretty easy to build, the winning party will most likely be selected based on the front end designs that we get to see. When bidding, please show me the best front end designs that you have made. We will provide you with a complete db structure so you will have a very exact idea about what needs to be built. Your job is to build the 2-3 pages for the admin panel and then 2-3 pages for the front end of the site.
