Fix SEO url's for a phpmy directory site

I am taking over a phpmydirectory site, I have it up and running on a different domain but for some reason my links are not working right. ? I have all the files needed, the original SQL backup, CPanel access to old server. ? I do not want to post the url, but feel free to reply to this bid and I will tell you the old url (where for the most part it is working) and the one I got half working on the new url on a different server. ? I will also provide a screenshot of what the site should look like once working properly.
