Fix or Rebuild Wordpress site

Changes that I make within the admin side of wordpress are not showing up on the front end of the site. Mainly because what is displayed on the site is a graphic, not text. it needs to be converted to text and display the same as the graphic. so coder will need access to a font that is similar to what is displayed in the graphic. Site is located at <[login to view URL]> The problem exists within all 7 pages of the site. 1) make the front end look like it does now except make home page header look like inside page headers 2) make text that appears on the front end be editable in either the "post" section or "page" section of the back end (important:the text that appears on the screen must be editable within the body of the post or page) 3) complete within the next two days Other coders who have tried to fix the issue have suggested a re-build as the existing code is too messed up. whether this means fixing the existing site or rebuilding a new one either way is fine with me. however, it MUST be done in wordpress, this is a requirement. do not submit a bid to complete this project in a program other than wordpress.
