Customization of Wordpress Blog and Theme Footer

We are in the process of creating a wordpress theme. At the moment we are creating the various elements of the theme in a development environment with a Wordpress blog: [login to view URL] are currently having problems creating the footer. We need a footer that will have the following links:1) About Us : Linked to the About Us page2) Sitemap : Linked to Dagon Design Sitemap plugin3) Privacy Policy: Linked to an empty page where people can add their own privacy policy4) Additional articles: Linked to the currently existing Additional articles page5) Disclaimer: Linked to an empty page where someone can create their own disclaimer6) Contact Us: Linked to a contact us page created by a contact form pluginThe pictured solution would work like [login to view URL] the admin page where the user edits/creates pages there are 2 extra meta boxes. 1 for footer link text and the other to set nofollow on the [login to view URL] the user has to do is edit the footer text and select no follow. When the page is saved the fields are added to the [login to view URL] next part of this is for the footer to automatically use the supplied footer text if it is there or if not then to use the default text. The default text can be hard coded.
