corporate modelling agency site

I need someone to build a very simple html based website for a modelling agency.? The website would be around 5-10 pages. The website can be built with a simple CMS content mgt system that would allow me to create new pages, change information and create/edit forms OR you can use simple website creation tool like those available on? <[login to view URL]> This should be a very simple corporate website but must look very nice and easy to manage, I'm okay with you copying (borrowing) ideas from other websites. Ideally you should be able to show me either 1) samples of similar sites you've done OR 2) examples of sites you want to copy
