Servers Australia is agrowing dedicated and co-location service provider in Australia. ? Our customer base hasbecome very large and we need to start tracking dedicated servers and serverinformation that clients and admins can access. ? We would like a portalwith a customer and administrator section that will allow us to store data suchas graphs, IP’s and server information. On this has beenselected, the system MUST attach the service to a ‘asset id’ which will be inthe form of 300-1 for the first service, and then if they have more than onceservice it will be 300-2, 300-3 etc. ? The Admin will thenneed to fill in other information such as the server specs and location, or ifit is co-location, they will need to enter the rack number etc. ? The portal should generate a randompassword that is emailed to the customer also. ? If the service is co-location, thenplease show the facility info. ? **Network Information** ? This page can be leftblank, as we will upload a static page with all our network information, soplease make a link to a blank HTML page called [login to view URL] etc. ? **Reboots** **? ** Load a page with allthe customers servers, this will be stored and assigned to the customer asabove, then have a link next to the service name that says reboot. ? Reboots can only besubmitted for free between 9:00am AEST and 5:00pm and there must be a check boxmaking users click OK to accept the charge of $66.00 for an after hours reboot. ? Once they have clickthis, an e-mail will need to be sent to <reboots@[login to view URL]>FROM the users stored e-mail address. ? This page will need todisplay a graph that will need to be pulled from a MRTG or PRTG box, the graphwill then need to be displayed but must not show the source of the graph, asthis will allow customers to view other customers interfaces. We can make alogin to the graphs if the console can login to the system to grab the graphdata. ? **Contact** **? ** This page must also bea static page that will then have information put into the page by us, the pagewill need to be linked to this link and then just named [login to view URL] orsimilar. ? ? That is all the systemwill need to have for now, we will want to expand onto the system at a laterdate, but can discuss this at a later date.
