Basic CMS in drupal

Hello Coders, We need a Basic CMS portal for our Media Company. Look n feel: 1. The theme for the front end look n feel must resemble www.current.com. Notice the colors in that site. 2. The site has basically 3 pages. About us, contact and User registration. 3. In the user registration page, the user must enter basic details like name, age, etc and must have provision to upload a pic. Functionality: 1. Once a registered user logs into the system, he is taken to his homepage. 2. Every user can post a blog-like entry with a provision to upload files(documents or pdf) 3. When a user profile is viewed, the blog-like entries(could be articles) posted by this user should be visible. Please provide details about how you plan to develop this project. We are looking for cost effective solutions, though a higher price could be considered for an assurance of quality. We would like to have this executed in drupal cms. If u have other suggestions, do let us know. We ourselves are coders in rentacoder and hence would be looking for a knowledge transfer at the completion of the project. Please provide relevant samples. It is obvious to note that the coder with the best samples is most likely to choose th bid. New coders would also be considered as long as they can promise good work and GREAT but simple solutions. Please remember, we need a simple CMS or portal for this. Looking forward to all your replies.
