PhotoShop - Quick Project

This will be an easy project for someone who is an expert with PhotoShop. Also, if you are new to RAC and do a great job on my project and give me a great bid, I'll give you a "10" rating and say good things about your work. **_Project_** Attached to this bid you will see 3 images. (1) eagle with the imprint of a USA flag on his head (1) USA Flag (1) Bald Eagle on white background 1. I would like for you to match, as close as possible, the image with the eagle and the USA flag imprint. 2. I would like to have the white background on one .jpg, .png, and .psd and a black background on another image (same types) 3. Can you also give me images with the eagle's head turned like the one with the eagle and flag? I do not want the tear running down his face or the twin towers in his eyes.
