The design of the site must be UNIQUE and PROFESSIONAL. The compensation plan is also will be similar, but admin should be able to modify it. Plus a matrix program similar to JoeyKash, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] it will be offered probably on an other domain or subdomain of the main program. Members can also be moved forward by sponsoring other members at the rate of 3 members 1 spot forward. There will also be an informational page about pay per click and similar deals. Members can make some money than deposit them to the program. There should be an auction block for members to exchange shares In the form of the stock exchange bid and buy prices for different shares so members can list his shares for sale or his offer to buy on the exchange. An offer to buy must be guaranteed by the funds in his account or % of the funds needed. If payment in specified time frame is not received deposited funds are credited to the sellers account as compensation. Same also will apply for methods of payment.
