Perl/MYSQL script need to update mail program

I need a Perl script written that will access a MYSQL database and make some updates. I will supply screen layout. This will require a couple of new tables as well as interfacing with a couple of existing tables I have in my mailing program. I am currently using [login to view URL] Up Mailing List Processor PRO from sellwide.net. I have multiple newsletters and want the script to do the following... 1. The user will click on a link that activates the script, the program should parse the string for the email address. Example: <[login to view URL]> 2. The script will display to a user all the newsletters that are available (this will be stored in a table) and indicate which newsletters they subscribed to and which ones they are not subscribed to. The user should then be able to select which newsletters they want to subscribe or unsubscribe to and the script should make the updates. This is the part that will need to update a couple of tables in my existing system. I will supply you with data dictionary. It is not complicated. 3. To accommodate for vacations they should also have the option to indicated a start and stop date for their subscription. While a subscriber is away on vacation they are considered inactive. I have a field in a table in my existing program that will need to be updated for this. 4. I will need something that I can set up as a CRON job that will run every night and check to see if any subscriptions need to be made inactive or need to be activated. This should then make the update. 5. A user should also be able to change their email address from here. Standard checking for a valid email address should be done before saving. Please let me know if you need any clarification or have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache/Unix
