Perl Client-Server Homework(repost)

This is a very simple perl assignment for a perl cgi programmer who knows what he is doing. It can be done in a few days. The program to be coded has to be in perl only with the requirements stated in the attached document below. Please read the document carefully and the client-server functionalities before bidding this projects.
