Dedicated Server Manager

I have a small dedicated server (when working is much faster than shared hosting) my server keeps crashing with only 3 wordpress blogs. ** IMPORTANT: I need someone who can commit to monitoring, updating and optimizing my CentOS dedicated server on an on going bases This is now the 3rd person I have hired here as everyone bails on me. I will certainly pay you for the work you do. If you cannot do this, please do not bid on this project *** I don't know what is wrong with my server (or I wouldn't be here), so please bid on this project as if you were simply going to look a the server and tell me what I need to do. We can work out a fee to actually fix and monitor the server. Thanks Mike
