Real Estate Website

Hello, I am looking for a programmer who could custom write a real estate script for me based on an existing script. Essentially what I am looking for is a clone of this script: [login to view URL] (please see demo here: [login to view URL]) I would like the same look and functionality of this script! Must be very professional and easy to use and understand for me & the members I will provide the template design and images/icons, text etc... and you will need to integrate it into the site. Some changes that will need to be added to this script: ---------------------------------------------------------- 1- The script must be search engine friendly. All links and URLS must be SE friendly. 2- There will be two sets of members: Users & Owners. The public can see all listings but will only be able to contact owner or/view contact details after signing up. 3- I'd like Owners to be able to upgrade to a premium (paid) membership which will "feature" their listings on the main page and at the top of all search results. 4- I'd also like to be able to send out mass emails to the members. I must be able to send HTML emails! The other changes are very minor and mostly include layout changes! If this project goes well, I have over 12 other websites that I need developed. Thanks!
