Customize Animated Character gif, flash

FIRST, Take a look at the file attached.... I need a simple script/code to create my own animated gif character.... Position: Body: standing, sitting, laying down Body clothing: color Face: - skin color - face hair (moustache/beard) - hair style - hair color - eyes - eye color - mouth - brows Body: Only a few options to choose from. allow change of body Animations: Gif animated Eyes (blinking), mouth: smile,sad Output: Option 1 (no background):Animated gif transparent background size of animation: 400x700, option to add other sizes Option 2 (with background): Animated gif size of animation: 1280x720 / option to add other screen sizes I should be able to SAVE the project, COPY the project to edit it (create a new one?), download... You just need the basic images (1 or 2 of each), if I add images in a specific folder they will be added to be used...so you only need one graphic of each to make it work, I'll add later more images to create more characters. Basically what you'll develop is a image chooser/picker , no rocket science here, keep it simple ;)
