Create a Laravel 5 live search form

Hello future co-worker! Laravel 5 is out now and we need to have a prototype! We have really basic requirements: - Build 1 Live search form (jQuery / AJAX) in Laravel 5 While the user is tipping, the live search has to show up with some matching words. The search have to be done from the Database (1 single table). Example: Database-> Table "brands" columns: id, name 1, Rolex 2, Swatch 3, Cola 4, IBM 5, Excalibur Laravel View with a simple one row search field. While entering "ex", a drop down hint have to show Rolex, Excalibur (the search of the keyword has to consider the hole name in the database). When clicking on a hint, outside of the search field have to appear the id and the name (without having to click on any submit button!) As already mentioned, we need a prototype. No big database behind, no big testdata, just a simple story. - Must have requirements -> Implemented in Laravel 5 -> MySql DB used -> Commented Code Let's start the work! Cheers, Dario
