xcart modifications

We need someone to modify an xcart ecommm site 1. We need someone who can modify css/template to make changes to site. 2. we need someone who can design and create a component which allows customers to answer questions and each answer results in specific products added to their order. We have all questions, products set up and the instructions, just need it coded. We will supply any graphics needed.
