Magento: custom options, delete orders

Hi guys, Some simple job for magento programmers: Have a shop with 725 products and we need to have: - A custom option at a product where people can add some notes about order - Some orders deleted. I've found the function in phpmyadmin how to do that, but somehow they don't dissapear in magento. - Add the alttexts to the images. These alttexts may be same as product metatitle. Niels
