Video and Audio Sources mixer for Windows(repost)

Application Requirements I require a program that will be a .exe and can be installed on a Windows XP and Vista that will allow me to select the Audio and Video Source on my computer to out put as One Video and Audio Source with a options of straight or fade of audio and video transition when changing between each source. The video and audio source must be available to any other program that wishes to use the sources chosen. This should be easy if you know what you are doing. I will also require 30 days support after I have paid just to make sure i have the full understanding of how it works and if there are any bugs that need to be repaired. ## Deliverables I need a program that is an executable and installs on Windows and allows me to select the Video and Audio Source to send to one Output Source The end result will need to be the Name of the Product (will be disclosed to succesful bid) called "VideoSource" for example to be shown as a Video Source in any program that can pick up video sources such as Webcams already. So in short i need to display and be able to select from all current Video Sources on the Computer including the following - any Webcams Video Source - any Video Capture Cards Video Source - add to list and plays video files on computer hard drive (plays video files according to what codecs are installed on computer) - add to list of video files, a DVD in the computer's DVD player/s using the video codecs installed on the computer to play the DVD and supply the video source. The Video Ouput then needs to be available to other programs on the computer to display whatever video source you have selected. The list of video files requires a repeat feature to loop through video files and any selected DVD from DVD Drives continuosly or repeat the current playing video file or play through the entire list 1 after the other according to the list. - any Webcams Audio Source - any Sound Card Input Source according to Default Settings as Recording Device in Wndows. - automatically plays What You Hear (WhatUHear) when playing video files and DVDs and cuts out the Microphone source so to give the clear audio of the Video file or DVD and no other audio source. - has the option to click on button when Video file or DVD is playing to be able to speak over the microphone and this is put over the audio of the video file or DVD as well to allow narration so to speak. Additional requirements The Video and Audio can then be recorded and saved straight to the Hard Drive as an .AVI file. Options Area of straight or fade of audio and video transition when changing between each source. Options area to change Interface colour. User Interface must be intutive and all on one Window and include the ability to change the volume levels of Audio and fade levels of video source to any colour, white or black background that can display text on the background. (Optional and is open to being included at this time depending on costs) - set area of screen to capture by defining whether to capture a specific window, region or entire screen. - allows video output to be availble to more than one progam silmultaneously. Example of this type of program already <[login to view URL]> 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Vista.
