AS3 Image manipulation

I have a flash application which currently allows drag and drop image placement. I'm looking for a few enhancements. For each image on the stage, I want a menu to show on-hover. This menu will allow for... Image resizing (up to and limited by the resolution of the original uploaded image, not just the thumbnail stretched). Simple z-level changing (move forward, move backward). Image rotation via a click and drag tool. Image delete (the images currently already have a delete option, I would like this to be simply rolled into the aforementioned new on-hover menu) All image parameters are currently passed to a php web service call and saved to a mysql db, this will be the case for added functionality as well.
