Correct blogpost url-s

I have some database about blog url-s but unfortunatelly they are not correct. For example here is a url from my db: [login to view URL] If you copy it into your browser you will be redirected to a "search engine friendly" url: [login to view URL] =>this is the right url I want a script where I can enter my url-s. (one url/row) The script will check: post exist or not (deleted the blog owner, or deleted the entire blog or other issues) If it exist return the right url and write the data into a TSV (tab separated value) file The TSV: One record one row Record: old url /TAB/ FLAG /TAB/ New url /end row/ Old url: the url what I emntered originally FLAG: the post (or blog) exist or not. I need it because I want to import the TSV into excell and filter the non existing posts. Values: OK or not => we can discuss about if you have some ideas. New url: the actual url. If you will be the winner, I will send you lot of examples to try the script.
