I have a Joomla web site someone broke into again. the database looks like clean. the [login to view URL] and some other pages are corrupted. any way I want to have a clean version 2.5.9 of Joomla with one template (mine that is working) It is a simple task there are no special extensions. the maximum budget is 50$

Joomla expert here - the budget you dreamed up is no where near the correct budget. First your site has to be de infected then upgraded $50 does not cover this at all. I can do this but at the market rate that I have bid. Check out my reviews here - other freelancers turn to me when they fail with Joomla.
