Simple Wordpress/Blogger/Drupal/Joomla plugin

I need a very simple plugin for the four common CMS systems: Wordpress, Blogger, Drupal and Joomla Plugin description: - user downloads the custom plugin from our website - user uploads and installs the plugin - on install, the plugin inserts a tracking code (generated within the plugin) above the </body> tag in user's template html The user needs to be able to enable/disable/uninstall the plugin. We need 4 solutions (1 for each cms). In your quote, please state which cms you will be developing for. If you are able to do more than one, please let me know. The price you bid needs to be for all solutions you will cover (e.g. if you charge $10 per cms, then write $20 if you will be developing for two).
