OpenX Component for Joomla 1.5.15

OpenX Joomla Component - Must work with Joomla 1.5.15 and OpenX 2.8.4 We are looking for a programmer that is familiar with the Joomla, OpenX Ad Server, PHP and MySQL that can build a Front End User Interface for advertisers to sign up, choose advertising packages (which are created on the admin side), submit payment, and receive automatic email confirmations, notices, etc. The component must be able to be installed through the Joomla installation interface and have a configuration section to put in openx admin details. We need a component built for Joomla that will connect with an openx ad account and allow joomla admin side control. Features Required: Allow User to create Account (Login & Manage Banners) Allow user to purchase Ad Packages (which shows up after Administrator creates packages) Payment can be submitted online via Paypal using API (do not want to redirect user to Paypal website) Admin can override payment for banner ad rotation (give discounts, adjust pricing, set free trial period "2 Months FREE', etc) Admin must approve banner before it's published Set Max File Size (notify user to submit allowable sized banner "example: 400kb max") Auto Bill User monthly for Banner Ad program Automatically Notify Admin of any cancellations, new banner advertiser sign ups, etc Pre-Pay Option (pay for the whole year- sets weight automatically to 2 or 3 in OpenX) Paypal admin side User Interface must be easy to setup (enter Paypal email address into text field, save...)
