Make a Joomla website go live

I have currently had a e-commerce website built using Joomla and the VirtueMart extension. [login to view URL] The website is now ready to go live and I need a freelancer to make the website live so that it is no longer in a sub folder and the URL appears like this http://www.baysidehockey.com.au. I need a freelance that is confident they can make the site live, so that the e-Commerce will be live and linked correctly to paypal. Currently all transactions have been test via a paypal sandbox test site and are working correctly. The site also has a membership form that uses a OSE membership extension which is also linked to paypal. Again I need a freelancer that is confident that this element of the site will be fully functional when the site goes live. Finally this is an urgent job and needs to be completed ASAP.
