Joomla component(repost)

You will program a Joomla component that will interact with the list of users, as well as with other tables from another component. This program will have capability to upload images and link them to documents created with the other component, as well as -when applicable- lists of people in a database's table. Read all documentation before bidding, and make sure you know your php VERY WELL or please, do not bid. ## Deliverables The main component is an application that creates documents for lawyers. It creates documents of two kinds: Let's call them on record, and off record documents. There are tables in the database (everything interacts with the Joomla database) that keep record of the clients of each lawyer. Also, of cars, property, and corporations. On record documents go on the lawyer's official book. Off record documents are certifications of documents and other of similar nature. Lawyers are required to scan the ID's of all the people participating in the different acts that are drafted. You will program a component that interacts with the existing tables of the main component. Such component must have an administrator side that allows me to make it visible to some lawyers and not to others. Lawyers are the Joomla users. Everytime I mention users, I mean lawyers. Every time I mention CLIENTS, I mean the people that populate each lawyer's profile. Images scanned will be linked to one specific person, document, asset, or more. A number of data fields will be related to an image. Of course, one specific client, for example, could participate in a number of actions or documents. We do not need to scan his ID over and over again. We could scan more than one ID though. In the case of certifications, every time the lawyer prints one, he is supposed to scan it and keep a copy in his records. Upon printing a certification, the lawyer should be reminded to scan a copy of the document printed. The system will downsize images so that they have a specific size/resolution, so that they are reasonably sized.
