Add search bar to Joomla 1.5 website

I require a search bar for a website. The website is built on Joomla 1.5 and the Mobile Plaza template [login to view URL] I have located a nice search bar module called Pixsearch. [login to view URL] This has been installed on the website and is working. However, I want the search bar to appear on the right of the menu bar and the look to be customised as shown in the screenshot in the attached document. I will supply the imagery for this. The bidder will need experience of Joomla code to create a custom module position, CSS skills for the custom look and perhaps some basic PHP skills to change the module code slightly.
