Quick Changes Needed! High Quality Programmer Wanted

Hello, We need the following changes made to [login to view URL]: 1.) When a user clicks on a link added through the website for a movie, music video, etc, instead of the clip opening in a javascript window, we want the link make the user go through a redirection to the initial page. So that we when the redirection page pops up, our ads can be placed at the top and bottom. It should look and work (functionality wise) just like this page: [login to view URL] 2.) Need to code a page or place a link on the site so users can browse items via year and not just their specified category. This should not be difficult to accomplish. When you place your bid, also send us a PM detailing what your plans would be to handle the above points. We only want programmers with a positive track record here on GAF.
