Joomla CB registration bridge to third party application im running 2.5.6

I need some 1 to build me a Joomla CB registration bridge to third party application im running 2.5.6 i need it as an application form where people can signup on my front view joomla form application that it doese not only register to my website but it also registered to my other website where it has totally a different database i want the form application to be a floating registered and login and would want it to have the signup form like it has the user phone number email address country state or province name and last name company name website url to chose from a own domain name or chose a free domain name but i how you can make something better than that i need it asap re-captcha on it as well
